Austin’s highly anticipated Green Water Treatment Plant redevelopment area in downtown Austin will soon be receiving this modern 35-story high-rise. The site is located just one block north of Lady Bird Lake, in the pedestrian-oriented 2nd Street shopping and entertainment district. The development will be the sophisticated Austin Proper Hotel and will include 250 hotel rooms, 120 luxury residences, rooftop pools, ballroom and meeting areas, and multiple F&B outlets. Janke, hired as part of the projects design team, will focus on the experiential graphics program.
