Teleos is honored to join the design team for The Arc at the Ion District, a new research, laboratory, and office development designed to move groundbreaking ideas toward real-world solutions.

Located in Houston’s Ion District, The Arc will introduce nearly 200,000 square feet of flexible research, laboratory, and collaborative workspace. Rice University, a lead tenant, will bring faculty, students, and academic resources together with entrepreneurs, industry leaders, and emerging technology companies.

Research at The Arc will focus on fields shaping our future—including energy, artificial intelligence, data science, robotics, and computational engineering. Future-ready building systems, flexible workspaces, and inviting shared amenities will support discovery while creating opportunities for collaboration, both planned and unexpected. The project is also targeting LEED Gold certification.

Teleos will provide design services to help express The Arc’s innovative purpose through an engaging experiential graphics program. Our work will help connect people to the Ion District and the new Arc building, and the spirit of discovery taking shape within it.
