Brand identity for Phoenix’s Portrait at Hance Park provides complete flexibility
Transwestern’s 2-building, 350-unit, multi-family development currently under construction on the north of downtown Phoenix, now has a flexible identity, designed by Janke, that will lead the team into designing the marketing materials and experiential graphics program. Dubbed Portrait at Hance Park, the project is directly adjacent to the impressive 32-acre Hance Park, which will see a massive $118M redevelopment over the next 3 years, making it Phoenix’s equivalent to Dallas’ new Klyde Warren Park – built over the freeway. The identity is the first of many steps in crafting this unique development that will help add energy to the area’s revitalization.
