Having recently completed the experiential graphics program for VELA  in Tempe, Janke has teamed with Transwestern on a second multi-family project in AZ – Portrait at Hance Park.

The 2-building, 350 apartment unit project is directly adjacent to Hance Park, the 32-acre park located on the “deck” over the Interstate-10 freeway tunnel, near the heart of downtown Phoenix. The park is the home of the Japanese Friendship Garden, Irish Cultural Center, McClelland Irish Library, Phoenix Center for the Arts and Public Library.

Live/work units and retail/restaurant tenants will be located on the ground floor. Amenities include 2 swimming pools, a lush courtyard, state-of-the-art fitness center, and onsite parking garage.

Janke will be developing the brand identity, marketing collateral, retail sign criteria and experiential graphics program.
