Another project gets recognition

We’re excited to announce that the ‘Student Housing Business Magazine’ has chosen University of Texas at Arlington’s College Park, a 3-city block, $80 million, mixed-use development project as the ‘On-Campus: Best Implementation of Mixed-Use in New Development or Renovation’ for this year. (See our portfolio section for images) Our team created the brand identity for the project, and then rolled it out into the projects complete exterior and interior architectural graphics program, wayfinding, garages and Welcome Center. This project’s sense of place, which contained a mix of street level retail, upper levels of residential and campus housing, and garages for event and multi-user parking has a more retail-like presence that works very well into the overall 485 acre main campus signage program, which Jankedesign also planned and designed – strengthening the overall UTA brand.
