Oct 10 – Graphics Program for Signature Building
Jankedesign has been selected as the graphics consultant, on the architectural team, for the $290 million, 400,000 sq. ft., 8-story Cockrell School of Engineering building project, located on the campus the The University of Texas at Austin. The new building will be a state of the art building for the Electrical Engineering Research Center.

Sep 10 – Central Texas Acute Care Hospital on Our Boards
Jankedesign has been hired to create a comprehensive wayfinding program for their newest Scott and White hospital development located in College Station, Texas. The project will be a 4-story, 316,500 sq. ft, 140 bed General Acute Care Hospital on 72 Acres. For the seventh straight year, Scott & White has been ranked among the Thomson 100 Top Hospitals in the country.

Jul 10 – Transforming Brand and Signage Program for Mixed-Use Center
Jankedesign has designed the identity and signage program for College Park, the University of Texas at Arlington’s 3 city block, $80 million, mixed-used development expected to play a significant role in building the life of the city via this urban living and shopping destination. The project will include campus residences and apartment units wrapped around a 1,800-vehicle parking garage, with street-level restaurant, retail and offices. The project is just north of UTA’s new 6,500-seat special events College Park Center. According to The Princeton Review, UTA was named one of the best colleges in the West.

Jun 10 – Consistent Brand Application for Marketing Materials
Specializing in the development of high quality independent living communities for active seniors, Bridgewood Property Company has developed over 2,500 units, in six states, representing in excess of $400 million value. Jankedesign has provided graphic design services for identity, paper systems, marketing brochures and websites for their two most recent Texas projects, with the latest being The Village at the Woodlands Waterway, a 207 apartments, 250,000 sq. ft. development.

May 10 – Holistic Graphic Design Program Strengthens the Brand 
Jankedesign has designed the complete interior and exterior environmental graphic design program for the $2 million Central Health headquarters renovation in Austin, Texas. The new environmental graphic design program reinforced the timely unveiling of Central Health’s new identity program. Central Health creates access to healthcare for those in need.

May 10 – Previous Museum Project Receives AIGA Award
The University of Texas at Austin’s Harry Ransom Center renovation project was recognized in the traveling 2010 AIGA Texas Show, for it’s specialty graphics. Tim Janke was the project’s senior environmental graphic designer and project manager (while working for fd2s and collaborating with Lake|Flato Architects). Receiving over 500 entries, the project took Best of Category in the specialty graphics category. The Center’s collections contain millions of leaves of manuscripts, rare books and photos, and 100,000 works of art.

Jan 10 – College Implements Exterior Sign Program
Receiving the City of Fort Worth’s Downtown Design Review Board approval, Jankedesign completes the design documentation for the $238 million Tarrant County College – Trinity River Campus’ exterior signage program. The program will be a highly visible extension of TCC’s brand, directing and identifying to the 5 block, 7 building, downtown campus.
