Dec 07 – Joint Venture Brings Heavenly Rewards!
Building off the contemporary campus design aesthetic, Jankedesign works with River Pointe Church, Houston, Texas to provide a unique visitor experience for placemaking and wayfinding solutions, all as a means to create a welcoming sense of place.

Dec 07 – Not Just Another TM Brand…
Florida’s Trademark Millwork hires Jankedesign to provide brand identity and repositioning services for their corporate communications and marketing applications.

Nov 07 – Designing a Sculptural Brand
Jankedesign creates a brand identity and sculptural sign program for Network Crossing, a 143,000 sq. ft., 5-building corporate office development in San Antonio’s growing west-side. Upon completion of the brand, Jankedesign transformed the identity into 3-D sculptural identification portals, with multi-tenant listings, acting as placemaking devices for visitors.

Oct 07 – High Tech Parking Reaches New Heights!
Jankedesign announces the recent completion of an extensive signage design package for the expansion of the award-winning Tampa International Airport Economy Parking Garage. The $1.4 million signage program lives in the 6-level, 5,500 space, $70 million garage, making use of multiple, highly detailed, wayfinding methodology with car count equipment and lane control devices, adding to a highly successful, user friendly garage – more popular than the on-site garage.

Sep 07 – Previous Master Plan Moves Forward
The 485-acre University of Texas at Arlington has retained Jankedesign to implement the signage master plan program, developed by Jankedesign last year. Our work always starts with the brand, no mater what our scope or whom our clients may be. We enjoy opportunities like this, which increases brand recognition throughout our client’s communities.

Aug 07 – Mixed-Use Criteria Pushes Limits
Retained for ongoing retail criteria work, Jankedesign works with developer to create an unexpected tenant sign criteria that lives within the tenant spaces of a glass building.

Jul 07 – Fresh Brand For Retirement Living
Hired to create a presence for the Village Park at the Arboretum, a distinctive retirement development moving to Austin, Texas, Jankedesign creates a fresh, distinctive branding approach. Work includes website and construction site marketing for the 170 suite development.

Jul 07 – New Identity Prepares To Cross Border
Jankedesign is pleased to provide pro-bono identity work for the Rohi Foundation, a US-based International Missions Organization formed to provide housing construction for impoverished areas of Mexico and beyond.

Jun 07 – Campus Program Takes Shape
Jankedesign has been retained to develop, and implement, our recent signage master plan/brand extension for the Texas State Technical College at Harlingen campus. The environmental graphics and wayfinding program will consist of large placemaking pylons, vehicular/pedestrian wayfinding and building identification.

Jun 07 – Jankedesign Awarded Austin’s W Hotel / Block 21
Jankedesign has been commissioned to design the W Hotel environmental graphic design program for Austin’s preeminent Block 21, located in vibrant 2nd Street downtown district. The much-anticipated development will be the home of a 36-story, mixed-use tower featuring the W Hotel, “Austin City Limits” new 2,000-seat venue and recording studio, Austin Children’s Museum and 27,000 sq. ft. of street-level retail space and underground parking.

Apr 07 – Wayfinding For 8,600 acres…
Jankedesign is commissioned to design the vehicular and pedestrian wayfinding for The Clubs at Cordillera Ranch; located in the Texas Hill Country. The exclusive master-planned community offers 8,600 acres of the finest resort-style living on the banks of the Guadalupe River. The Ranch includes a Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course and seven Club destinations including a Spa & Athletic Club, Tennis & Swim Club, and Equestrian Club.

Mar 07 – Investment Realty Group Receives Re-Brand
Our firm thrives off of teaming with corporations and entrepreneurs who turn to Jankedesign to develop or reposition their brands. The Davis Company is another example of how our holistic brand approach, including the identity, architectural façade, paper systems, website, and yard signs, strengthens an organization by design.

Feb 07 – Highly Visible Identity Launched…
Jankedesign has completed the naming and brand development for Frontera Vista, a highly visible Class A, 43-Acre Office Development project. This project, as well as the identity, is planned to grow into 1,574,000 square foot office; 357 multifamily units, and 37,150 square feet of retail.

Jan 07 – Retro Brand in South Austin
Jankedesign has recently designed a new brand identity program for South Lamar Storage and Wine Cellar facility, located in South Austin. From identity and print collateral, to website and environmental graphics, the program’s vintage look and feel play off of the unique and hip retro-vibe that is the south side. The results? Definitive Austin.
